• Tevan Poghosyan is the head of the Security sector at Genesis Armenia. He is a political scientist, an international relations expert and currently holds the position of the president of the International Center for Human Development (ICHD).

  • Tevan Poghosyan was born in Yerevan in 1972. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Technology of the State Engineering University (nowadays the National Polytechnic University of Armenia) with a qualification of engineer and system technician qualification and holds a master's degree in engineering.

  • In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the American University of Armenia.

  • In 1996-1997, he worked as a Sales and Reserves Department specialist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, and after 1997 was the head of the Balance Analysis and Methodology Department of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.

  • In 1997-1999, Tevan Poghosyan worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh holding the position of the director (representative of Artsakh) of the NKR Public Affairs Office in the United States headquartered in Washington.

  • In 1999-2000, Tevan Poghosyan was the head of Marketing and Sales Department at Hovnanyan International.

  • Since 2000, he has been the executive director of the International Center for Human Development.

  • In 2012, Tevan Poghosyan was awarded the "RA Armed Forces: 20 years" jubilee medal of the Republic of Armenia Ministry of Defense and on September 12, 2020, the "Mkhitar Gosh" medal in Artsakh.
